The primary function of Technical Support is frontline telephone support. Our dedicated Technical Support team will help you resolve technical issues with Abbott products. Technical Support is the official department to initiate all product investigations for the division.
Technical Support is comprised of highly-trained Medical Technologists, with many years of clinical laboratory experience. Abbott provides extensive training to prepare the Customer Technical Support Team to handle a diverse range of issues, including:
- Operations assistance
- General information requests
- Specific reagent and instrument concerns
- Product complaints
- Customer training
- Onsite installation and implementation for selected instrument systems
