The following page allows Lot specific retrieval of "Instructions for Use" documents for ABBOTT PRISM, Architect and AxSYM products.
Translations are currently available in Italian and Portuguese, with plans to add additional languages in 2009.
At this time, English documents and Italian translations included as part of a multi-lingual document are not available from this web site. For these documents, please continue to refer to the Package Inserts shipped with your product.
Access to electronic "Instructions for Use" documents will be made available outside of Europe at a later time. Customers outside of the EU should continue to use the "Instructions for Use" document shipped with their product.
